How is email billed?Email is billed yearly. Your mailbox expiry date is tied to your domain name, so one never renews without the other. If your domain’s expiry (or renewal) date is less than a year away, the cost is prorated when you add a mailbox. If the expiry is more than a year away, billing runs through to the domain’s expiry date.
Do you have spam and virus filtering?Absolutely. High‑quality anti‑spam and anti‑virus filtering protects your inbox.
How do I access my email?Use Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, or popular iOS/Android mail apps. Prefer a browser? Use the mobile‑friendly webmail.
